Employee Engagement and Workplace Relations

IRRI supports a culture of health and wellness through seminars, annual physical exams and counseling among others.

Sports are actively encouraged at IRRI. The Sportsfest tournament encourages employees to participate in a range of activities from soccer, basketball and tennis, to running, bowling and tug of war.

IRRI offers a Voluntary Assistance Program to aid employees and their dependents through especially tough times.
